A PracticeOf Presence

For more than twelve years, Goni has been creating intimate spaces where people reconnect with their bodies, their emotions, their relationships, and the life force that already exists within them.

Her work is an invitation to slow down. To listen more deeply. To become curious about the stories held in the body, the places longing for softness, and the parts of ourselves waiting to be felt with compassion.

Drawing from years of experience in embodiment, meditation, breathwork, conscious sexuality, nervous system regulation, movement, ceremony, and therapeutic practices, Goni creates deeply personal experiences for individuals, couples, and groups. Every journey is shaped around the unique person in front of her.

At the heart of her work is the understanding that sexuality is woven into every part of being alive. It is expressed through intimacy, creativity, vulnerability, pleasure, trust, and our capacity to fully inhabit our bodies. Sensuality becomes a way of experiencing life with presence, openness, and curiosity.

Her sessions offer a space where people can slow down enough to hear themselves again. A space where emotions are welcomed, the body is listened to, and meaningful transformation unfolds naturally through awareness, connection, and lived experience.

Whether working privately, guiding couples, or facilitating groups and ceremonies, Goni creates environments where people feel safe to soften, reconnect, and remember the vitality, intimacy, and wholeness that have always been part of who they are.
